In this interactive session, we will discover our individual thinking style and quickly recognize how each of us carries a different point of view. This 'preference' colours our thinking and affects our relationships - at home and at work.
Come and learn how to turn areas of friction, conflict or frustration into better communication, a deeper appreciation of teamwork and sharing alternative points of view.
Ian Waddelow has been an international business consultant for over twenty-five years. He has helped create strategies, build international brands and improve boardroom performance for organisations ranging from small to blue chip international corporations such as Amec, the BBC, and Wrigleys.
He is also an educator for The Institute of Directors in London, writing and delivering courses on strategy, marketing, change management and leadership as well as a speaker at events around the world.
