This month’s theme is La Chandeleur and St. Valentine’s Day. So how about bringing a dish that’s good for our hearts (there is research that confirms that drinking red wine in moderation is definitely good for our circulatory system!) and our taste buds. Or just bring along some crepes or pancakes to celebrate Candlemas. As for drinks, of course red, white or rose wines are always welcome, or bring your favorite juice or soft drink.
