He holds a MBA in International Business from Thunderbird and a B.A. in International Relations from the College of William & Mary in Virginia. Dan speaks French, Polish and Russian. he is married with two children.
He held jobs in Poland, Russia and Benin and he also worked for Washignton D.C. and the Europen Union.
