Daniel Compagnon will give a presentation on City and Local Government Policies in Addressing Climate Change. Mr.
Compagnon believes in the importance of cities and local governments
making policies that mitigate ongoing climate change in order to contain
its devastating impact.
In addition, it is necessary to adapt a process
that is already taking place across the world. He will give particular
attention to the pivotal role of US cities and local governments, (often
at odds with the current federal government policies and attitude), can
play in the success of this process.
