Chef Jesus, journalist for the culinary section at France Bleu Gironde, will lead the jury made up with adult and children judges, in front of whom the bakers will present their cakes or pies for 2-3 minutes.
The first three winners will win prizes : boxes of American specialties and candies in bulk from Loly's, bags and cooking aprons from Bordeaux So Good.
The theme of the contest is « American cakes » of course such as apple pies, pecan pies, cheesecakes, brownies, pancakes, cupcakes and so on.
We ask you to make 6 portion cakes so that every judge can have a bite.
In order to respect the hygiene process, cakes will be brought and kept in ice boxes.
